BronyCon 2013 Review! Wait, WAT?!

Yeah, this is accurate.

I have two things to give to you my fellow bronies. One of them is an apology, and the other one is a 4 month late BronyCon 2013 review. If your wondering if this post is still worth your time being late and all, I'd say it is, because no one anywhere in the fandom wrote a review like this... There was probably a reason for that though.

Review: Children of the Night

Wow. It seems like it was forever since we first saw the animatic for Children of the Night.

Children of the Night  tells the tale of what woud have been the origin of Nightmare Night, and the catalyst element that forced Celestia to banish Luna. 

After defeating Discord, Canterlot was witnessing a very slow recovery. Misery could still be found everywhere around, specially for the ponies that had less means. 

Luna thought that expanding the kingdom and founding a new pony colony elsewhere would give a solution to the problem, allowing the ponies that she would choose for the matter, a new brand future. Celestia refused the proposal of her sister to scatter Equestria. For after such a great lack of harmony she thought it could shatter the kingdom forever. 

Being denied and in the shadow of her own sister, Luna decided it easier to ask for forgiveness than permission...

Intel has come through that the fandom musicians have brought together another collection of badass music into one badass album. It's called Rainbow and Rooted: Four's Fall Down and is the sequal to last year's Balloon Party.

Evening Military Bronies and non-Military Bronies alike! So we got several songs for you tonight by three of our community artists: Navy Brony/Navron, Neu Katalyst, and DJ ClusterBuck.

Musicians Of Service #004: DJ ClusterBuck

Who's next? How about this guy: he goes by the stage name DJ Ph4nt0m ClusterBuck. Yeah, he had a recent change of stage name. While not one of the "big names" in the Brony music community, he's still one of us! Let's give him what promotion we can.

Also, he doesn't have an OC... so maybe someone should make one for him? I mean, isn't that what bronies do or something? Just a suggestion.

I was rather surprised to see that he doesn't have more subscribers on YouTube, but that's the fame game for ya' I suppose. Well let's see if we can't help that a little...

Going right along with the new music section that I've added here to the FOB (Musicians Of Service) is this segment I'd like to call Songs by Soldiers. If you think about it, it's only logical that we keep the comms open with our musicians.

That being said, Neu KatalYst has got some new music for ya' to give a listen. First on the front is the newest addition to his list of pony-related music. The second... well, that's a bit more random, but still awesome nonetheless.

Next up on the list is our very own Navy Brony, otherwise known as Navron! For those of you unaware, he is our official PA guy here on the FOB. That's pretty much why you don't see him out here posting stuff. It's OK, we still love him anyway.

Now, this guy is somewhat well known in the Brony music community, so chances are pretty good you've heard of him if you follow it. That or if you've been keeping up with us here on the FOB then you've definitely heard of him!
